1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the tm999 website accessible at tm999.io, including all sub-pages, features, game interfaces, account management tools, and payment processing interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to tm999 and its operating entity, collectively responsible for the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personalised user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency in which tm999 Account balances are maintained.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money funds from their Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or any non-cash incentive credited to an Account by tm999 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process tm999 may require any Account holder to complete at any time.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the tm999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tm999 services are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players aged below 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and agents acting on behalf of multiple individuals may not register or operate an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tm999 or any of its game or technology providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling blocking service that covers the tm999 Platform.
• You must not have had a previous tm999 Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above.

tm999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money game features and payment services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.
• tm999 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application without giving reasons.
• Upon registration, you may be required to complete a KYC verification process by submitting copies of valid Bangladeshi identity documents (such as a National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary or permanent restriction of Account functionality.

Account Verification

tm999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after an Account reaches a cumulative deposit threshold, or where irregular activity is suspected. Verification documents must be provided within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to provide documents within this period may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• tm999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tm999 of an unauthorised access event.
• Upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tm999 immediately at [email protected]. tm999 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.
• tm999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account. This feature is available at no cost from your Account security settings.
• You must not access your tm999 Account from shared, public, or untrusted devices. tm999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of unsecured devices or networks.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your tm999 Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. tm999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider's standard transaction terms may apply.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your tm999 Account. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, to the same payment account used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

tm999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct, or compliance with any applicable legal obligation. In such cases, tm999 will notify you of the delay and the reason for it, subject to any legal restriction on disclosure.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tm999 does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by tm999.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tm999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. tm999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active on an Account at any given time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on game categories specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• tm999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to an active wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be dealt with at tm999's reasonable discretion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, using multiple Accounts to claim single-account offers, or placing opposing wagers to extract bonus value with minimal risk — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tm999 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules contain more specific provisions directly applicable to that game.

• All casino game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) with independently verified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. Neither tm999 nor any game provider may alter or influence the outcome of any completed game round.
• Sports betting odds are set by tm999 and are subject to change prior to settlement. In-play odds reflect market conditions at the time a wager is accepted and cannot be retrospectively altered once a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs that affect a game's outcome — tm999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance.
• Wagers placed in error by a Player cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any wager.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final. tm999 does not accept disputes based on a Player's personal expectation of a game's outcome or a misunderstanding of the published game rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tm999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers for transactions that were legitimately processed by tm999.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, RNG anomalies, or pricing errors in sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, predict outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any manner not available to a standard human user.
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated multi-Account betting.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with tm999 support staff or other Players via any Platform channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming

tm999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no cost and without any waiting period for activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen notifications during game sessions showing your net wins and losses and total time played in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Temporary exclusion periods range from 7 days to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your Account indefinitely with no possibility of reinstatement.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

tm999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring Account restriction.
• The Player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, tm999 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tm999 shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, internet outage, or third-party service disruption that interrupts a game session or prevents access to Account funds.
• Losses resulting from wagers placed in error by a Player.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in relation to their gambling activity, including decisions made without full understanding of applicable game rules or odds.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the tm999 Platform — including but not limited to the tm999 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tm999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of tm999.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

tm999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tm999 includes registration information, KYC verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, and device/technical data. This data is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support purposes. tm999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tm999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully alters a Player's rights or obligations — tm999 will provide at least 14 calendar days' notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date of the change by contacting [email protected].

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tm999 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform and endeavours to resolve all Player disputes fairly and promptly.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus calculation, or Account decision, Players should contact tm999 support at [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute. tm999 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.
